Women Procurement Leaders Mentoring Scheme

The advantages of mentoring are many: to the mentee, the mentor and the organisation. The mentee gains access to a sounding board; someone whose perspective is honed by experience, learning and responsibility. For the mentor, this type of relationship informs their leadership, management style and emotional quotient (EQ).

If you are interested in being paired with another member of our WPL community as part of the mentoring scheme, please submit your details in the form provided and you will be contacted via email from your designated mentor/mentee once our match making cycle has begun. We run two cycles a year, one in January and one in August.
