Raffle terms & conditions

By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions:

Entry is open to procurement practitioners only (whether the entrant is a procurement practitioner is at the discretion of Procurement Leaders). Non-procurement practitioners will not be eligible to win a free pass to World Procurement Congress 2018.
Proof of identity may be required.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
Entry must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are as stated and cannot be traded; no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
If the winner is unable to make use of the pass to World Procurement Congress 2018, the pass may be transferred into the name of a colleague from their procurement team.
If the winner is already registered to attend World Procurement Congress 2018, the pass may be transferred into the name of a colleague from their procurement team.
The winner has the right to refuse the pass to World Procurement Congress 2018.
The pass provides free entry to the World Procurement Congress 2018 only. This does not include entry to the pre-Congress Executive Briefing days.
The pass to Word Procurement Congress 2018 can only be used by named person – the pass may not be shared between more than one person throughout the event.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the pass to World Procurement Congress 2018, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas. The pass is subject to Procurement Leaders’ terms and conditions.
Procurement Leaders reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries (completed DITX agenda forms) received by 23:59 GMT on 26 November 2017. The draw will be made on 3 December 2017. The winner will be notified on 6 December 2017.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Procurement Leaders reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
Failure to respond, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
